Canada Games and My Group's CD Glory Days In the summer of 2005 I was on top of the world.  I was part of the NWT's Canada Games team for swimming(see picture).  I achieved a number of personal bests and had a great time.   Also, 3 of my friends and I formed the group Devonne and the Starlets.  We competed in several local competitions, placing second in all of them(the audiences actually thought we should have won).  Not bad for a month and a half of practice.  We also had a rare opportunity, at Folk on the Rolks(a local music concert) Sloan was playing,  and we ran into member Chris.  We sang a song for him and he thought it was pretty neat, so he sang a song and we all harmonized to it!  It was really cool(see picture on my bands site:see links page).
